Penny District Kansas
Formed in 1995 by original members Heath Leffel, Matthew Penner and Joe Carignan, Penny District terrorized small crowds in Kansas with loud, snotty, blazing fast pop punk. Eventually, Jose Ray took Joe's place in the band with the addition of Curtis Page, adding outlandish guitar solos.
